I’m Zoryana, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or the daily stress of trying to keep everything together. Therapy can provide a safe place to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe you are the expert on your own life story. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while discovering your inner strengths and resilience. Together, we will create a personalized approach that supports your goals and helps you build healthier ways of coping and moving forward.
My approach combines evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and holistic practices, recognizing the connection between the mind, body, and emotional well-being. I incorporate approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, IFS, and DBT to meet each client’s unique needs.
Before becoming a counselor in the United States, I graduated from Ternopil National Medical University in Ukraine and worked as a Medical Doctor specializing in psychiatry and psychotherapy for over 10 years. After moving to the United States, I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Mental Health from Webster University.
My unique background allows me to bring together medical knowledge, therapeutic experience, and a compassionate understanding of each person’s journey. I provide counseling for teens, young adults, adults, and older adults in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Counseling

I provide counseling for teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, burnout, relationship difficulties, women’s mental health concerns, or major life transitions, I offer a supportive, compassionate space where healing and personal growth can begin.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based interventions, existential therapy, and person-centered counseling. Together, we will work to build resilience, strengthen healthy coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and help you create meaningful, lasting change. 

In addition to traditional counseling, I offer Walk-and-Talk Therapy and 90-minute mindfulness sessions with guided meditation, sound therapy, and aromatherapy to support relaxation, self-awareness, stress reduction, and emotional wellness.

EDUCATION AND SPECIALIZED TRAINING

My background combines medical knowledge, psychotherapy experience, and a compassionate, client-centered approach to mental health care.
